This Mouse OX-200 Membrane Glycoprotein Receptor 1 (CD200R1) ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for quantitative detection of mouse CD200R1 in cell culture supernates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests.
This mouse CD200R1 ELISA Kit was based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. A monoclonal antibody from rat specific for CD200R1 has been precoated onto 96-well plates. Standards(Expression system for standard: NSO, Immunogen sequence: T26-P238) and test samples are added to the wells, a biotinylated detection polyclonal antibody from goat specific for CD200R1 is added subsequently and then followed by washing with PBS or TBS buffer. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with PBS or TBS buffer. HRP substrate TMB was used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the human Fibronectin amount of sample captured in plate.

Additional Information: The capture antibody is a monoclonal antibody from rat, the detection antibody is a biotinylated detection polyclonal antibody from goat. Expression system for standard: Cell surface trasmembrane glycoprotein CD200 receptor 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CD200R1 gene. It is mapped to 16; 16 B4. CD200R1 is expressed on the surface of myeloid cells and CD4 T cells. It interacts with CD200 transmembrane glycoprotein that can be expressed on variety of cells including neurons, epithelial cells, endothelial cells, fibroblasts, and lymphoid cells CD200R1 activation regulates the expression of pro-inflammatory molecules such as tumor necrosis factor (TNF-alpha), interferons, and inducible nitric oxide synthase.; Immunogen sequence: 369
